Homely Foods is undoubtedly the worst restaurant; their staff lacks basic manners. Recently, one of their staff members shouted at an elderly customer who requested them not to add sugar due to health issues. Despite the complaint, they callously refused to replace the food and instead forced him to pay. All of us customers were deeply disappointed by their attitude, and I would rate them 0 stars as they demonstrate a complete lack of empathy. I strongly urge the government to take necessary action on this matter to ensure such behavior is not tolerated in our community.
