We do not process returns, refunds, or replacements ourselves. Our role is to receive your return-related request and forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier when intermediary assistance is possible.
How Returns Are Handled
Return eligibility, return windows, refund methods, and replacement options are set entirely by the merchant or supplier you purchased from. Each merchant or supplier may have its own rules and timelines. We recommend checking their return policy directly before making a purchase.
Our Role in Returns
- We can receive a return-related request at contact@menufacts.ae and forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier when possible.
- We do not approve returns, issue refunds, replace products, or guarantee any return outcome.
- Delivery, returns, refunds, replacements, warranties, and order status updates depend on the merchant or supplier policies.
